DPF Cleaning for Agricultural Machines and Plant Equipment
We regularly carry out our cleaning service on plant and agricultural equipment such as tractors, diggers, rollers, combine harvesters and all modern diesel run machines.
Once we receive your DPF we carry out a visual inspection to make sure a clean can be carried out. After this we then take our before pressure test with print out. Then a pre soak is carried out for 30mins. Then the DPF is strapped into the machine and attached to the high pressure air hose and water supply. The machine is then run for around 20mins or longer if needed. Then the DPF is dried as the drying process is carried out a live pressure reading is taken to confirm cleaning has been successful.
