DPF Cleaning for domestic and commercial vehicles
Whether you are the owner of a car or van, or manage a commercial fleet of HGVs or Buses. Our cleaning service is perfect for you. We have a wide range of knowledge with diesel vehicles from small family hatchback up to HGV`s . If your having DPF problems we can offer a cleaning service for your DPF. We aim for a 48 hour turn around for most customers.
Once we receive your DPF we carry out a visual inspection to make sure a clean can be carried out. After this we then take our before pressure test with print out. Then a pre soak is carried out for 30mins. Then the DPF is strapped into the machine and attached to the high pressure air hose and water supply. The machine is then run for around 20mins or longer if needed. Then the DPF is dried as the drying process is carried out a live pressure reading is taken to confirm cleaning has been successful.
